EuroMelody Song Contest 02 was the 2nd edition of EuroMelody. It was held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands after Kim-Lian won the 1st edition for the Netherlands with 'Break The Ice'. 17 countries confirmed participation and sent entries. Greece, Italy & Romania debuted, while Portugal and Switzerland sadly withdrew. The winner of the edition was Denmark with Ditte Marie's "Overflow", closely followed by Sweden and The Netherlands respectively on 2nd and 3rd place.
